Kani Miso
This evening we had an English party at a local Japanese restaurant. The special dish for the evening was Kani Miso. This “delicacy” (in the loosest possible sense of the word) consists of mashed crab brains and raw egg served in the shell of a crab. The taste wasn’t too bad, but the texture was a little difficult to take, especially with the egg sticking to stuff in your throat. I ate the whole thing though. Go me.
