Resignation

Well, we just had a third earthquake this morning, and while it was nowhere near as big as the other two it was still enough to make people clutch at their desks. Between that and that fact that I’m sitting in the office alone, there aren’t any students here and the teachers are in a crisis meeting relating to the huge incoming typhoon that’s going hit this afternoon, is making me think I’m living in the middle of some kind of breeding ground for natural disasters. Whatever happened to weather that isn’t out to kill you?

Well, when you entire weather forecast consists of two options:
1.) Hot, humid, not raining and
2.) Hot, humid, raining, you’ve got to worry.
