Udon!
It’s the exam period at school at the moment which means most teachers don’t have a huge amount to do and are looking for any excuse they can find to take an extended lunch break. So, we headed off today to a “famous” udon shop that apparently has the best udon this side of Shikoku. I have to admit, it was pretty tasty, with thick and chewy noodles in a soup and tempura base that was just right.
